Statement on Regulatory Compliance
AmeraScope Media has built a
reputation of strict
compliance within the

Industry. We do not claim to
offer legal advice, however,
we do have extensive
firsthand experience and a
detailed understanding of
the National Do-Not-Call
(DNC), the Tele
Communication Protection Act
(TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM law
just enacted in 2003.
Whenever possible, as your
service provider, we will
advise you in the event that
we feel your plans may
expose you and your firm to
penalty. We understand our
role is strictly advisory,
and as our client, the final
determination is with you.
We maintain regular training
programs that assure us we
are in compliance with
current and future
regulations.
Where required of us, by law
and/or legal necessity, we
will require from you
certain information, such as
a Seller Account Number
(SAN), proper disclosures,
opt-out provisions on your
creative material and
possibly client information.
Information you provide to
us is strictly confidential.
This is protected as your
proprietary and intellectual
material, and is treated as
such.
As your service provider, we will provide you the following:

- OPT-OUT provisions must accommodate at least 9pt font size.
- Toll Free OPT-OUT Numbers so that the recipient can OPT-OUT at no cost to them.
- Passing of that data for any communication effort through a National Do-Not-Fax List.
- Call zone monitoring, blackout from 9PM to 6AM.
- List management of the OPT-OUT process.
